Mientras seguimos preguntándonos cuándo tendremos un nuevo álbum de estudio de Belle & Sebastian, el grupo ha decidido lanzar el próximo 17 de noviembre un disco doble compuesto por sesiones grabadas para la BBC.

El álbum llevará por nombre The BBC Sessions y contendrá 4 canciones inéditas grabadas en el show de John Peel en el 2001, además de apariciones en los shows de Mark Radcliffe y Steve Lamacq. Por si esto fuera poco, también incluirá un disco con doce canciones grabadas en un concierto en Belfast.

Indudablemente una muy buena noticia para todos los fans de esta maravillosa agrupación, especialmente porque sus presentaciones en vivo siempre tienen una excelente calidad auditiva y son realmente disfrutables.
